We collaborate with world-class artists and facilitators to craft transformative environments that weave together practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, and ecstatic dance. Not only is this an experience; it is a platform to uplift the healers who are helping our world go inward. 

Inspired by Thích Nhất Hạnh’s teaching, “No Mud, No Lotus,” we believe that from life’s challenges and struggles, beauty and transformation can bloom. We do not have to go through "the mud" alone, thus The Lotus Room was born; to grow through the murky waters with community.
